All contents in this Site are the copyright and remain the property of 1 Print Master Propriety Limited, and to its subsidiaries and third party copyrights from whom A1 Print Master secured such copyrights. Unless expressly authorised it is not allowed to copy, publish or in any way use any portion of this site and its contents, except as expressly allowed in the 'Terms and conditions of Use'.

Ownerships

Accessing this site only grants you permission solely to evaluate and order products through A1 Print Master. You are not allowed to download or retain any portion or part of this site or its content without authorisation. Ordering or buying products from the Site does not entitle you to ownership of any templates, drafts, or other files except, the finished products as are supplied to you by A1 Print master. By accessing this site and by using any graphics and other material, logos, artwork to produce your finished goods, you remain solely responsible for acquiring copyrights from third parties who own such graphics, logos, artwork and other materials. You are not allowed to produce products that contain use of obscene scripts, unlawful prohibited graphics and obscene pictures or caricatures or any other objectionable or use libellous materials. You are not allowed to use pornographic or otherwise offensive materials. When you place an order on this Site, you declare and guarantee that you have the authority and all rights to place the order and you authorize A1 Print Master to print the products on your behalf.

Passwords

You are solely responsible for the use of your password that gives access to your account and agree to protect such password. You always remain responsible for all orders placed with the use of your password/s.

Breach

You unconditionally agree to take full responsibility, to indemnify and defend A1 Print Master, its directors, employees and all parties that have rights to portion or parts of any graphics, artwork or any other material that were granted to A1 Print Master, against any/all claim, damages, liability and costs and expenses including legal fees arising from any breach of any of 'The Terms and Conditions,' and any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material. A1 Print Master or any of it's directors or employees will not rest liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from loss of data, of use, or loss of profits of any kind arising from or, in connection to the use of the Site, nor would they be liable for mistake/s, delay, omission, virus, or interruption of service. In no way will A1 Print Master be liable for any damages or consequences arising or related to inappropriate or misuse of our Site.

Privacy and security

All data collected is kept very confidential and for A1 Print Master's use only. Your personal or company information such as your name address, email or phone number will not be sold, revealed unless you are notified. A1 Print Master sometimes uses third party services to fulfil orders. Those third parties are required to keep all information secure and confidential. All personal information may, with your permission be used for informing you about further products that may be of interest to you. No personal information will be given out that would in any way make you the target of unsolicited mail. However, A1 Print Master reserves the right to disclose such information when they believe such to be appropriate in complying with the law or in enforcing of 'The Terms and Conditions of use.'

Electronic Data

You are responsible for data emailed to us. A1 Print Master will not rest responsible for any mistakes or accidental damage to any data supplied by you, or for the accuracy of such data. Any additional, translating or editing of any data will be charged at A1 Print Master's current hourly rate. Whenever proofs of finished artwork or graphics are sent for OK by you, and once it's approved, A1 Print Master will not be responsible for any undetected error or errors.

Press Proofs

You will not be furnished a press proof unless you request one in writing. The press sheet will be made available to you for on site only. Any changes will be charged at A1 Print Master's current rate.

Colour Proofing

A reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the finished job is to be expected by you. This is sometimes due to paper, inks, equipments and various other reasons beyond our control. When variations like this occur, it is considered acceptable.

Specifications

You will be responsible for supplying the correct specifications such as correct paper size, paper quality and thickness, delivery address and such. A1 Print Master will take no responsibility for any delays, or losses caused through lack of or providing incorrect information.

Taxes

Sales Tax will be added to every invoice unless an 'Exemption Certificate' accompanies the purchase order.
